- Our lead time for completing a website is between 4 to 5 days, with an additional 2 days for checking and corrections.
- The overall lead time for your project is 7 to 10 working days, ensuring the quality of the website.
- After the website is completed and checked, you will receive a call to review the website together.
- You have the opportunity to review the website in detail and request any changes before it goes live.
- We will make the requested changes and ensure they are done correctly before the website is finalized.
- Your lead time starts once you have returned the questionnaire fully completed.
- We do not have full control over your website, plugins, or emails once the project is completed if you are not hosting with X3Web.
- We will import all your emails from your current host to our server if you have active email addresses on your domain.
- If X3Web will not be taking over your hosting, you need to provide us with login details to your hosting provider or contact details for the person currently handling your domain.
- We use industry-standard security measures to protect your website and data.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services.
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services.
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone for any reason at our discretion.
- These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our website design services.
